Rental non-payment, matters associated with Landlord &Tenant Court, and insuring close contact with our L&T attorneys, are the task of the Rent Collection Department
Our Accounting Department insures that invoices are timely paid, all income is correctly credited and that an accurate monthly accounting report, suitable for year-end tax reporting, is timely presented to the property owner. This Department also systematically reviews rent increases insuring that necessary forms are submitted to government agencies.
